5 for Five

FantasticallyAverage
Let's take a look at last week...
1.  spend 30 minutes on my meditation homework from MVP.
Alright, because I think the meditation homework is bullshit, this didn't happen.
So far, I don't think it will happen. Meditation isn't going to help me.

2.  try my physiotherapy homework at least once.
Success.

3. Cut back on the calories, and increase the good nutritious food
When I go to Vancouver, this fails.
Failed.

4. Take the dogs for one walk in the snow!
Success. It took me an extra ten minutes to get them dressed in their booties, but it turned out to be a nice little walk.

5. Finish the Dog Seat Cover for the Fitty
Because I declined to go to Fabricland (far away) - did not happen.

So, This Week!

1. GO TO FABRIC LAND AND FINISH SEWING PROJECTS
---- including the dog seat cover and puppy pee pads, along with my diy fem pads.

2. PAINT AND SET UP THE OFFICE ROOM

3. CONTINUE TO TAKE DOGS FOR A WALK. TRY TWICE THIS WEEK.

4. BRING OUT CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS, or at least find them.

5. FINALLY, AFTER MANY WEEKS, FINISH THE LAUNDRY.
Aka have the bedroom floor be able to be found and all laundry baskets EMPTY.

Wow, that sounds like quite a week.
Further... I'd also like to encourage all of my American friends to VOTE!

It Happened

They said they were suprised it took so long to happen.
They say, this is why you shouldn't have ever removed my otter box.
It's been one year, and a few weeks. Naturally.

Pictures Speak Louder.

Wednesday Evening

It's getting worse.
Hubby ordered me a new screen online.
He's going to replace it himself.
We have no apple store in Prince.
And the people he contacted about repair didn't respond.

I miss my phone. I'm still using it.
I probably shouldn't be.
I put a screen protecter on it to keep the pieces together :P

I ordered a few books! :D

Now that my vulvodynia program has come to an end (aside from the discharge appointment in December, and the couples therapy in two weeks), I'm on my own.

In Prince George there is no physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy. And, I think I'm going to have a hell of a time trying to find a mental health provider that will be helpful. So, aside from the kind nurse at the doctors office, I feel like I'm on my own.

So, I ordered some books, and I think it'll require me to start working on the books I currently have.

What's on your vulvodynia Book Shelf? Or Women's Health Book Shelf?

Winter Wonderland

So, apparently, Saturday's 7.7 Earthquake is still experiencing aftershocks, including at 6.2 last night. Crazy. We are too far away to really feel them, but every now and then somebody on facebook land mentions they felt something. And you go 'holy crap, still!"

Moreover, the snow continues to fall! Seriously.
It's now at about 11-12 inches.

PROOF!

First day of snow. Made the puppies a trail.
Alright.... and I know that I have been on puppy overload recently, but bare with me!

With it being -20C this morning, I'm extraordinarily grateful that I finished my puppies coats!
They are super cute. And the pattern is unbelievably easy!
Takes like an hour, two tops to finish the coats.
Daisy rocking her new coat.

Caper's coat.

I attempted to make them matching booties.
FAIL.

Eric and I just went out and bought them booties.
We struggled with sizes. And ended up with an xxs and itty bitty muttlucks
So far, puppies haven't really figured it them out.
They look so funny wandering around in them, but once I kicked them outside they understood better.

Trying to get the booties on!

The look of uncertainty.
What am I supposed to do with these things on?
Anyways, I'm off to catch an airplane to Vancouver!

Time to escape this winterwonderland for the rainy west coast.
